CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that plans can change. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. 48+ HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Cancellation: Your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Rescheduling: You may transfer your existing deposit to your new appointment one time, provided the reschedule is made at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. 24–48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Cancellation: Your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Rescheduling: Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment one time. A second reschedule will require a new deposit. LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit. If you choose to reschedule, you must book a new appointment and submit a new deposit. SAME-DAY CANCELLATION Cancellations made on the same calendar day as your appointment will result in: * Forfeiture of your deposit * A charge of 50% of the remaining service balance to the card on file NO-CALL / NO-SHOW If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact me beforehand, you will be considered a no-call/no-show. A no-call/no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file. Future appointments may be restricted or require full payment in advance following a no-call/no-show. PLEASE NOTE Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent another client from booking that time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and rescheduling policies.
